Over the years, I realised something important: the value of my work didn’t only depend on the quality of my ideas. It also depended on how I showed up, what I said, and how I said it. That realisation made me focus deeply on developing my presentation skills. I took courses, read books, practiced a lot, and learned from professional speakers and mentors — at first, simply because I wanted to improve myself.

Then something wonderful started to happen! Colleagues began reaching out to me for guidance. Professionals I met at networking events asked if I could coach them. And I did. I started coaching and mentoring people one-on-one, helping them become clearer, more confident, and more intentional in how they communicate their ideas.

But over time, I realised that working only one-on-one limited the number of people I could help. So I took a step back and decided to create something more scalable: a guided course that brings together everything I had learned, practiced, tested, and taught.

To make sure the course truly addresses the right challenges, I also conducted user research with the people I want to help most. I listened to their struggles, doubts, and needs around business presentations, so I could design a practical and efficient path forward.
